Processing & Shipping

All cups are handcrafted with care, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it right to your door.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we’re unable to change it once the package has been sent.

Returns & Exchanges

Each item is made to order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives broken or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and I’ll be happy to make it right!

Because each cup is hand-made, I cannot accept returns due to change of mind or incorrect lid/style choices — thank you for understanding and supporting a small business 💕

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your cup may already be in production.

• Do not microwave
